Hello. I wanted to let you know about my experience with your company on a recent purchase of a boat cover. I had bought a cover from another online supplier after consulting with their phone support staff. When it arrived, it was much to short, to narrow, and unacceptable.  I returned it for a refund. Although I was frustrated, and wondering if "online" purchase of a boat cover was viable for me, I searched for another online vendor.  I found Boat Covers.com and as I had done with the previous company I consulted with your phone order department.  After a very thorough consultation we decided on a cover which should be just right for my boat. Well, I must tell you that the cover arrived in a timely fashion. It was well packaged. I have put it on my boat and it fits prefectly.  It looks very well made and based on the prices quoted locally for a custom made cover I saved about 80% over a custom cover. Thank you very much for a totally pleasant and satisfying buying experience.  I look forward to years of service from this fine product.

I recently ordered a custom cover for my 19’ sailfish bay boat. I was a bit nervous ordering over the internet, but the customer service and detailed order form convinced me to give Boatcovers.com a try. I received the cover and tie down kit last week and could not be more pleased. The cover fits perfectly and the attention to detail is amazing. The reinforced areas for the rear boarding ladder and the console are a great touch.
