Items that are in stock will ship the same or next business day. Most accessories and water toys are in stock.
All custom boat covers, semi-custom boat covers, bimini tops and canopy covers are manufactured on a made-to-order basis.
Please allow 5-15 business days from date of order for your cover or canopy to be made. All orders are f.o.b. Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
All orders will be shipped via U.P.S. unless prior arrangements have been made. Any orders refused upon delivery are non-refundable.

By clicking "Submit Order" on the order page you are placing an order with Boatcovers.com and are giving us permission to charge your credit card for the full purchase amount before your order will go into production.
Boatcovers.com is dedicated to providing its customers the best possible products and services available. If you are not satisfied with your boat cover or accessory purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a (RA#) Return Authorization number assigned by Boatcovers.com to receive credit.

Returned items must be in brand new, completely unused condition and contain original packing slip.
Do not return product as C.O.D. Boatcovers.com will not accept any packages freight collect or C.O.D.
All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns will be inspected before final decisions are made on credits. Shipping costs for items under warranty will be refunded.
All custom boat covers, semi-custom Sunburst boat covers and semi-custom MasterDuck covers with modifications other than motor cover hoods, and boat lift canopy covers are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
We want you to be happy with your Boatcovers.com experience. In the event that there is a problem with your cover, we will make every effort to modify your product to suit your needs. Modifications to the product requested by the customer will be performed to the best of our ability and are non-refundable.
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase.
